One on One Mentoring Services
Sometimes, during times of transition or change, some individuals may just need a little extra support. Different from our traditional integrated care coaching, mentor services are for those who need a few hours per week of in-person activities with a mentor who can provide guidance and encouragement.
We are…
-
Phone availability outside of in-person sessions for emotional support and/or questions for client, family and treatment providers.
-
Collaboration with client, family and treatment providers for goal setting and coordination of care to help create a system of loving accountability with the intent of implementing daily structure and life skills.
-
Daily communication, accountability, and support around compulsive behaviors through utilization of therapeutic skills as determined by treatment team.
Services we provide
Accompany clients to activities such as support group meetings, fitness classes, or other in-person activities
Adjunct to our integrated care coaching program for individuals who may need support to augment our traditional tier system services
One on one mentoring services vary based on client need. Mentors can accompany clients to activities such as support group meetings, fitness classes, or other in-person activities geared towards improving the client’s physical, spiritual, and mental health. Typically, mentoring clients have either successfully completed treatment and are in the process of reintegrating back into their daily lives or they are currently in a less structured supportive living environment and require some additional support. Occasionally, mentoring services can be used as an adjunct to our integrated care coaching program for individuals who may need support to augment our traditional tier system services. Regardless of the context in which a client is engaging in mentoring services, we pair mentors with clients who are best suited to address their specific needs and personalities.
