  • Maggie Barber MA, MFT

    Founder & CEO

    Maggie received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Through both personal and professional experiences, she found a passion for working with Family Systems. The framework through which she practices is focused on treating the dynamics of the system that contribute to the behaviors of the individual. She is passionate about helping families and individuals heal.

    Maggie utilizes the following modalities in her coaching approach: family systems, attachment, somatic and DBT and ERP.

  • Michael Arndt RYT, IBW, CI

    Chief Operating Officer

    Michael draws from extensive experience working in dual-diagnosis treatment to truly meet our clients and their families where they are and to understand and anticipate their needs. Michael has trained in integrative breathwork, trauma-informed yoga, and Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed somatic psychotherapeutic modality. The lens through which Michael operates is one grounded in a loving and nonjudgmental acceptance of reality from which he works to deeply empower clients and families to make authentic changes in their lives.

    Michael uses EFT, values systems, internal parts work, and core belief work in his coaching style.

  • Mike Kroener

    Executive Director of Companion Services

    With a decade of experience in the mental health and addiction field, Michael Kroener has dedicated himself to supporting individuals on their journey towards self-improvement. Drawing from his own personal experiences and expertise in facilitating behavioral modification groups, he understands the many challenges that clients and families may face.

    Michael recognizes that empathy, accountability, and compassion are crucial in the early stages of recovery, and he provides a non-judgemental space for clients in which to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. He believes that building a strong therapeutic alliance is essential in empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
